That includes our websites, emails, social media pages, and anything else that counts as one of our “Services.”

In plain English: we’re not in the business of selling your data. We use your info to send you cool things, process your orders, and make your experience better—not worse.

II. What We Collect (and Why)

Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect things like:

  • Payment info (so we can charge you for that card you forgot to buy earlier).

We don’t sell your info. Ever.

  • Law enforcement (if they really, really need it and have a good reason).

Our partners can only use your info to do what we hired them to do—no more.

We take your privacy seriously and use reasonable security measures to protect your data. That said, no system is 100% hack-proof (ask literally any tech company ever). But we try our best.

VII. How Long We Keep It

We keep your info only as long as we need it—for business reasons, to follow the law, or because you still haven’t deleted that profile you made three years ago.

You’ve got options:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time (we won’t take it personally).

  • Delete or update your profile info through your account.

IX. Your California Rights (CCPA Stuff)

If you live in California, you can:

  • Know what info we collect.

  • Ask us to delete it.

  • Request corrections.

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal info (though, again, we don’t sell it).

  • Not be punished for exercising these rights.

X. Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia & Utah – You're Covered Too

You’ve got rights, including access, deletion, correction, and opting out of data sales or targeting.
To exercise these rights, use our Consumer Data Request Form or email us. If we say no, we’ll explain why and how to appeal.

XI. Kids Under 13 – Sorry, Not for You

Our Services aren’t meant for children under 13. If we accidentally collect info from a kiddo, we’ll delete it fast.

XII. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (because lawyers, or better systems, or new laws). We’ll post the updated version here, and your continued use means you’re cool with the changes.
